Laura Horsfall Racing: The Look Ahead

The relaxation of restrictions has meant we can welcome a few more visitors for some outdoor socialising, it also finally allowed us to invite some local raffle winners to Glebe Barn Stables to find out more about working life in a national hunt yard.

We all had a great morning watching horses work and talking future winners, support from the local community means a lot to us and we'll look forward to welcoming more friends soon.

Onto the action this week.

STAITHES has an entry at Fakenham on Tuesday this week, we're hoping the quirky nature of the Fakenham track will suit the 6 year old.

We're back at Fontwell on Wednesday with JUST A WHIM who makes her handicap debut over 3m2f, she has been nothing but progressive and should have a nice run if building on her pleasing run at Bangor last time out.

LOVEYOUTOTHEMOON is another making her handicap debut this week, we have an entry at Huntingdon on Thursday and Warwick on Saturday, Huntingdon is the preference but we've continued our bad luck with ballots recently so are covering all eventualities. We'll be looking for an improved performance off a opening mark that look lenient.

CESAR DU GOUET has come out of his Ludlow race well, he's been enjoying a bit of physio this week which included some homework, we've called it 'carrot stretches' as you can see below, together with his owners we'll be looking at the race schedule where we'll get to test what works once and for all... the carrot or the stick?

STORM ARCADIO, OLLY GOLLY and HOT TO TROT are all progressing nicely at different stages of their work, we'll have some more updates once they are ready to run.

Stay safe, be lucky.
