Already the winner of 4 hurdles, we took the opportunity to gain “Black Type” for her finishing 3rd in a Listed Race at Kelso. It is always important to enhance the future paddock value of mares whenever possible and this will help a huge amount when she goes to stud at the end of her racing career. We will now lower our sights in novice chases over the summer as she relishes the quicker ground and is very much a “spring” mare.
